Which car do you have available?


We always have car available for you. We have more than 20+ cars in our fleet. You may see all of our car options in the fleet page.

Do you have stretched limousine?


Yes, we have.

How is the payment done?


You can pay cash directly to the driver, deposit it to our bank account, or pay using your credit card.

Do I need to pay in advance to reserve the car?


Good news! We may reserve the car for you even without advanced payment. You may pay cash directly to the driver.

Does your driver know English?


Yes! Our drivers can speak, read, and write in English. Some can even speak in Arabic. They are also wearing formal uniform and are very familiar with locations.

How much does it cost to book for one way transfer, half day, or full day?


While making the booking, based on the duration, distance and type of booking, appropriate amount will be displayed to you. For more assistance please call our customer care.

Do I get a discount if I require service for more than a day?


Yes, of course! Rates are flexible depending on your requirement.

What is your cancellation policy?


If the booking is cancelled with less than 6-hour notice, booking will be charged for full amount. On the spot cancellation will also be charged for the same rate.
